Turret Details
The Scorpion turret fitted to the Australian MRV is basically the same as the British version, with only small alterations for local use, the jerry can holders on the rear storage bin an example.
Of special note here is the bar added around the rear of the turret. This is a local modification fitted to the few vehicles used for gunnery training. Due to the lack of room inside, the instructor had to stand outside the vehicle. This bar was added as a hand hold and was affectionatly know as the "Jesus Bar". Normal MRV's were identical, but without this bar.
