The set gives you the tools that are moulded integrally with the Tamiya M4 Sherman kit hull as well as the shovel and of course you have to carefully shave off the plastic tools from the kit hull which is quite easy to do.
The new tools then replace these with etched brackets for the shovel, sledge hammer, pick head and axe with the tie down straps also provided.
Simple instructions with exploded view drawings clearly show the assembly required on the tools and brackets.
The set requires a little work in removing the moulded on tools but offer a far greater degree of detail definition and if used in conjunction with the Set HLX48001 M4 Sherman detail set will add greatly to the over all level of detail on the finished kit.
