book Ground Power Magazine #72 5/2000
Published by Delta Publishing Co.Ltd. Japan

This issue is made up of three sections.

The first 92 pages are devoted to the German Schwere Panzerjäger vehicles, particularly the Nashorn.

A brief mention is made of the 10cmK18 IVa, the 12.8cm VK3001 (H), four pages on the 10cm K18 on its ground mount and another 4 pages on the 8.8cm Pak 43/41. Both of these have excellent close-up photos.
The remainder of this section is devoted to the Nashorn with 1/48 plans and excellent close-up photos of most parts of the vehicle. There is also many wartime photos of the interior while the vehicle is in action, great for diorama stuff. Other photos show the Nashorn in action on the many fronts it saw service.

The next section features the Renault R35 and Hotchkiss H35 and H39. There are 1/35 plans of each vehicle included. There are some very good wartime photos of these vehicles in action, a handy reference.

The final section continues the coverage of the Italian Army in WWII. This issue covers the many infantry weapons used with some good photos and line drawings of the weapons featured. A nice reference collection if this is your interest?

Another excellent issue of the excellent magazine for armour enthusiasts.
