This figure of a Russian Officer compliments the Tank Officer in set #35005 and wears a similar uniform with tunic, trousers and boots in a single casting with separate arms and the usual alternate heads, one wearing an Officer’s cap and the other a beret.

The quality of the castings is again excellent without any blemishes as we are used to from Alpine Miniatures with only the casting blocks to be removed.

The uniform has excellent crisp details with a pair of binoculars, side arm and map case with straps included in the body casting and the fit of the arms was again spot on requiring no filler, but the bottom of the neck needed some minor trimming and test fitting will determine the fit.

Again the facial features are very well done while the seams on the arms seem a little pronounced and some minor trimming could be in order although this may not look as prominent after painting?

Another excellent figure in relaxed pose leaning on anything from a fence as depicted on the box top painting guides to the side of a vehicle or anywhere else that suits.

Highly recommended
