The parts are crispy cast but there is a fair amount of resin film to be removed as well as the usual casting blocks. There is also fairly sizable casting seams on the lower legs that you will need to take care not to damage the boot details as the seams are removed.
The body is cast in one piece with separate arms, head and helmet and there is also a full selection of personal equipment as well as an MP44 and corresponding ammo pouches. The head has nice facial features and is enclosed in a full head scarf with the steel helmet as a separate part.
The details on the uniform, personal gear and weapon are very well defined and crisp and when the figure is fully loaded up with all the personal gear makes for a very busy figure.
No painting instructions are included but the colour box top photo will serve as a guide and there is also a wealth of reference available elsewhere for this figure.
A very nicely detailed figure with plenty of accessories that can be used in a diorama setting as on its own.Recommended
