The figure is cast in blue gray resin and has the full body in one piece with the right arm and head as separate parts along with a good selection of rucksacks, ammo pouches, trenching tool, water bottle and the .303.
Detail on the figure is quite good and will come up well with careful painting with details such as the pockets, lapels, belt and boots nicely defined but there are some quite substantial moulding seams between the legs and on the boots that will take a bit of effort to make sure you don't remove too much of the detail.
Proportionally the figure looks good but the right hand is slightly larger than the left but will not be that noticeable when you fix the .303 into the hand and the head is not the best fit to the neck. I used a large wire pin to hold the head securely in place and the shoulder join could do with some thick cyanoacrylate added to reduce the join.
The personal equipment can be added as required to dress up the figure and of course you can add the rifle sling and helmet strap to add the finer details.
Conclusion:
Another simple figure of a typical British soldier with the detail nicely
done and will come up well with painting but the fit of the arm and head
is not the best but is easy to deal with and the guard duty pose could come
in handy for dioramas.
