Set #376 has a folded cover extending over the two rearmost tilt covers and included the seam detail and realistic folds and sag of the canvas to add a nice variation on the finished kit.
The cover fitted perfectly to the Dragon hull top for the easiest of additions.
Set #377 has the cover folded back over the rearmost tilt cover to expose the entire interior and again has good seam details and realistic canvas folds.
The fit to the kit required some minor trimming on the inside of the forward lip to fit over the hull sides, but this was very minor and test fitting will show if your cover needs any trimming.
Conclusion:
Both sets are nicely detailed and add a new “feeling” to the kits
and are perfect for a winter setting.
The sixth set #373 is replacement front wheels which unfortunately I don't have at this time but should be able to review at a later date.
Thanks to Bill from CMD for the review set, the full Royal Model range is available in the US and worldwide from Chesapeake Model Design.
