backnextFinal Assembly Images:
Note: Again the assembly shown here is before the issue with the sagging axles was realised.
Front view showing the additional etched parts, fenders, front bumper, wipers and engine door latches
as well as the rear view mirror posts, fender and head light supports from plastic rod and wire (not provided).
There are also a few detail issues with the engine compartment dimensions.
1. The hood is a little low and should extend higher up under the windscreen.
2. The front radiator is too narrow by about 2mm (1mm each side) and should extend further out to the
sides of the engine compartment front and also a little higher.
3. The side angle of the hood is too shallow and the front edge too short as a result.
4. There is no radiator cap.
The image is of a restored Morris and has additional head and indicator lights plus large mirrors
which are not wartime fittings, nor are the tyres for that matter.

The fit of the doors is a bit sad unfortunately, adding thin plastic strips to the doors
would help or just position the doors open as per the images below.

Additional views of the completed assembly.
The fit of the doors is not good to the body opening and I have positioned the right door open
to both show the inside door details as well as solving the door fit issue.
Care is needed fitting the etched fenders to get these in the correct position, text fitting is needed prior to
final gluing, the same goes for the front bumper bar.

Note: There are some notable details missing from the kit such as the front tow shackles and
the predominant rear body cargo rack. These and the axle sag issues are shown in the next section.
