Note, the fit of the rim to the tyre is much better than shown here when you glue the inner rim to the outer rim
from the back of the wheel. Also note the added tyre valve stem to the rim.
How you get the inner plastic "tube" into the inflexible vinyl tyre is for
greater minds than mine to work out, it's best just to forget the plastic parts here.
